On a rich but rocky terrain,
Galliano is able to produce the famous
“doc” Bramaterra wine with
its origins in the r
egion of Biella

At the foothills of the Monte Rosa, between the provinces of Biella, Vercelli and Novara lies the village of Villa del Bosco with its small population and surrounding hillside.

In this rich, but often difficult terrain, we have established our Roccia Rossa winery.
Galliano Boscolo’s passion, and experience, together with the exceptional geology of the terrain combine to produce fine wines, year after year.

Without doubt, the pick of our wines is our Bramaterra doc, based on the legendary Nebbiolo grape variety.

Our best results are achieved when we limit our harvest to max. 50 cwt per ha. spread over the total area of just under 30 ha.

In this way, we remain true to our mantra that quality determines everything we do.

Our winery is steeped in wine-growing tradition, hich we complement with state-of-the art production technology.

We care about every step of the production process – as can be seen from the exceptional quality of our Bramaterra doc and Coste della Sesia wines.
